TCS iON hiring freshers (2019-2025), deadline ends on April 5

TCS iON invites job applications from pre-final or final-year students of any stream or degree, who are passing between 2019-2025, looking for a job or, working professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) helps you prove your skills to top corporates. You may choose to get tested on aptitude skills, domain-specific skills, or work values.

The tests are scheduled every 2-4 weeks in the exam centres. Your TCS NQT Scorecard will showcase your performance in every section of the test. You can apply for jobs in various Corporates that accept TCS NQT scores from our website and respective Corporates’ websites.

Who can Apply for TCS iON?

  • Pre-final or final-year students of any stream or degree
  • Students passing between 2019-2025, who are looking for a job
  • Working professionals with up to 2 years of experience

  • Step 1: Apply to TCS NQT and appear for the Test.
  • Step 2: Get your NQT Score.
  • Step 3: Apply to multiple jobs on our website.
  • Step 4: Apply for jobs on other Corporates’ websites too.
  • Step 5: Get jobs basis your NQT Score and suitability.

Recently, India’s largest IT services provider, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), ruled out cutting down on hiring, saying it has no plans of doing so but it may have to pace hiring according to the evolving demand scenario.

While commenting on Q3FY24 results, on hiring, Milind Lakkad, CHRO, TCS said that the company will hire from college campuses and grow talent organically.

“We are committed to hiring from college campuses and growing talent organically. We have commenced our campus hiring process for the next year and see tremendous excitement among freshers to join TCS”, he added.

TCS headcount dropped by 5,680 employees workforce stood at 603,305 as of December 31 with attrition at 13.3% for the last twelve months. The company’s workforce stood at 608,985 as of September 30, reported a dip of 6333 employees from the last quarter.
