TresVista, the leading global enterprise, at the beginning of 2022, had announced its plans to extend its Team size to over 2,000 employees by the end of this calendar year.

The Company, which boasts over 1,100 employees, 42 per cent of which are women, has been running a successful WiT (Women in TresVista) Cell for the last five years to support and empower female employees – all year long.

With its partnerships with Aspire for HER, Shenomics, and several other tie-ups, WiT aims to empower women at work by supporting professional and personal growth.

Among the many initiatives, the WiT cell will focus upon the Women Employee network and connect female workers with similar interests and hobbies, encouraging inclusiveness and a collaborative workplace across its three locations in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune. The initiative will create countless networking opportunities for women and professional development initiatives.

The Company shall focus on tailored upskilling sessions from Shenomics, a mindful leadership for aspiring Women. Along with this, Financial planning and several Engagement programs shall enable economic literacy and entrepreneurship among women.

TresVista boasts a multitude of women-friendly benefits, including educational reimbursement for further education along with short term learning opportunities.

The Company has also partnered with Aspire for HER, a non-profit organization that brings (and sustains) more women into the workplace. TresVista works upon several leadership programs for the associates with the NGO.

The Company has witnessed exponential growth with an over 500% increase in revenue and employee strength, almost doubling up every two years.
