Be Realistic

While you want that fair salaries should be it’s essential to be realistic, especially as a fresher. Set a reasonable salary range that reflects your qualifications and the market, but also takes into account your limited experience.

Don’t Bring Up Salary Too Early

Let the employer initiate the discussion of the salaries. Avoid mentioning salary expectations in your initial application or during the early stages of the interview process.

Express Enthusiasm and Flexibility

When asked about salary expectations, express your enthusiasm for the role and your willingness to consider a fair and competitive offer.

Use a Range
