Happiest Minds mandates work from office for employees

As the COVID cases have declined many companies have already started working from the office. According to the TOI reports, Recently, a mindful IT company that enables digital transformation for enterprises and technology, Happiest Minds mandates work from office for employees.

The company is planning to call all its employees back to work from the office effective April 1. The company currently employs 4,611 as of December 31, 2022.

CFO Venkatraman Narayanan, Happiest Minds said, “Realism has started settling in. Startups used to pay a lot to employees. That is less so now, which is helping us.”

“We will wait and watch before forming any policies, we will wait and watch before forming any policies, we will not follow industry-wide trends blindly”, he added.

Happiest Minds employees will be responsible for working from the office from Monday to Friday. The company has also informed us that it has not taken any serious changes in terms of policies of promotions and salary increments.

In the Q3 quarter, The company added 30 employees and the attrition was 20.9% down from 23.5% from the previous quarter.

Earlier in October, Happiest Minds Technologies said moonlighting is unacceptable for the company. The company has laid off a few employees engaged in dual employment who have been fired over the last 6-12 months. However, the company did not disclose the exact number of layoffs.
